Terms and conditions of sale

All prices are current and we do our utmost to hold them, but sometimes circumstances such as VAT/inflation increases etc., mean that prices may be changed. We must therefore reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Purchasing items from the Club Shop means that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

QUERIES. With any query which you have, quote your name, membership no., method of payment and Invoice no. with your correspondence.

DELIVERY TIMES. All items are sent either by recorded delivery (excluding normal post) or by next day courier. This can take between 1 to 2 days for post and must be signed for upon receipt. In the event that a signature is not available an ‘attempted delivery’ note will be left by the postman and the parcel will be returned to the sorting office. Orders dispatched by courier are next day delivery for mainland UK, Highland and Island destinations can take 2-3 days. In the event of the parcel not arriving, do not hesitate to contact the Club office so that we can trace the delay.

BACK ORDERS. We aim to maintain a large stock of the items listed in this catalogue. However, occasionally supplies may become exhausted. You will be notified of any delay resulting from a back order. The remaining items will be held pending and supplied when available, unless previously cancelled in writing. A full refund for items charged but not supplied will be made on cancellation of the order.

DAMAGES. All goods received damaged must be signed for as damaged. The TSSC and the carriers must be notified within 24 hours. Failure to do so will make any such claim questionable and awkward.

WARRANTY. All products are warranted by the TSSC for a period of 12 months. The warranty comes into effect from the invoice date, and not the date on which the products are installed.

In most cases, a warranty will cover parts only and will not cover any associated costs such as carriage, labour or failure of a related component.

All warranty claims will be limited to the original cost price of the product. If the failure of any product is found to have been caused by faulty installation, misuse or neglect, warranty claims will not be valid.

Certain products carry an extended or Lifetime Guarantee by the manufacturer. In the case of a warranty claim after the 12 month period please contact the Club Shop and we will advise you of the appropriate course of action.

With all claims, a copy of the purchase invoice must be produced. REMEMBER we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with everything you order and the service you are given. We ARE here to help.

SHORTAGES. Upon receipt of your order, please check the contents of the package against the enclosed purchase invoice. If any items are missing from your order The Club shop must be notified within 48 hours.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORISED WITH A RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER

RETURN OF PARTS NOT REQUIRED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT all goods sold are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, which allow for a 7 day "cooling off" period. During this time you may cancel your order IN WRITING by sending a letter, fax or email up to and including the seventh working day after the day on which you received your goods. If you exercise your statutory right to cancel YOU MUST immediately return to us, AT YOUR COST, the item(s) that you do not wish to keep.

We will acknowledge receipt of your written cancellation by issuing a "Returns Number" which should be quoted and accompanied by proof of purchase or the invoice when the goods are returned.

Please ensure all returned goods are adequately packaged, insured and you obtain proof of shipment.

Please note all goods MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION SUPPLIED AT POINT OF SALE.

RETURN OF PARTS NOT REQUIRED WITHIN 7 to 28 DAYS OF RECEIPT In addition to your statutory cancellation rights as detailed left, returns MAY be considered outside of the cooling off period of 7 days, up to and including 28 days after you received your goods. Please note any credit or refund will be at the sole discretion of The Triumph Sports Six Club. A Returns Number must be applied for with in the 7 to 28 day period. Where goods have been correctly supplied it may be possible to offset the full value of the return against another order of the same or greater value. Alternatively a credit note for the full value could be offered. Please note that any cash refund will be subject to a handling charge (typically 15%, min £5) to cover administration and handling charges. Please note carriage charges are not refundable.

Returns are not permitted on parts specially ordered or commissioned by the Triumph Sports Six Club.

RETURN OF PARTS NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF 28 DAYS OF RECEIPT No returns will be considered after 28 days unless covered by the terms and conditions of our warranty.

OTHER RETURNS

All other returns will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory rights, or our warranty.
